About Josh....

I am lifelong Oklahoman, one of the eldest in a family of ten, and a devoted follower of Christ. As such, my goals and my values are much more than campaign rhetoric. They are the result of conservative core values, discipline and role models with integrity, heartfelt commitment and the courage to stand for truth and justice — for all. It is an honor to be a candidate for District 27 and it will be my privilege to serve you in the Oklahoma Legislature.

Growing up in a large family provided me unique opportunities to learn and grow, and I love my family with all I have. I also understand the vital importance of traditional family values and the value of each human life — from conception to grave. The care and protection of the people around me is a quality instilled in me from a very young age. It has deep roots and grows stronger within me as I identify the needs in my home state. Families are Oklahoma’s greatest resource, we must do all we can to preserve and protect this foundational and cherished element of our state.

Working in various service fields in our community from a young age has provided me with the opportunity to establish relationships, to listen and to learn what is on the hearts and minds of the constituency of District 27. During the past five years, I have also worked with high school students throughout Oklahoma and the United States as a team member of TeenPact Leadership Schools. The purpose of this leadership program is to encourage students to be involved with their communities — to make a difference on the state and national levels. All of these opportunities have better equipped and readied me for this task ahead. I’m not afraid of hard work — which is a good thing, because there is plenty to do!

As we begin this campaign together I have a singular focus: To ensure a government of the people – by the people – and for the people of Oklahoma. I believe I can make a difference and be a fresh new voice in Oklahoma for true conservatism. I am ready and willing to be your representative in the Oklahoma House of Representatives.
